Friday's bout of squandering

Back into HMV on Friday to spend more vouchers. Picked up my free Playlist CD along the way, which has a couple of decent tracks on it.

Just singles this time:While browsing, I finally saw copies of Johnny Cash's Nine Inch Nails cover Hurt, but they were all £4.99. As a rule, I don't spend more than £3 on any CD single unless I'm especially desperate for it, and as it happens all ex-chart CD singles in HMV are priced at £4.99 unless they want rid of them. Sod them.

I went into Virgin Megastores on the way home to look for the single, and they'd sold out. Apparently they flew off the shelves. Oh well.
