He's still in jail... and he shouldn't be

It's an unjust legal system which criminalises the victim. I strongly believe that if anybody attempts to rob me of my possessions (or, dare I say it, my life) that person automatically loses their human rights, and I gain the right to at least send that person to hospital for a couple of months.

Even more astonishing is the possibility that (according to a supporter) this guy was denied parole purely because he refused to apologise for his actions. I'm pretty sure the same wouldn't apply to the burglar had he survived. Sad, sad, sad.
