I shudder to think that this guy will go on to be one of the all too many call centre monkeys helping people out with their technical Internet issues.
16:38: ...Which leads me to think that maybe it takes a non-technically minded person to work in tech support. Perhaps it figures that any sane technically minded person wouldn't go NEAR a job in a call centre. Ah well, such is life.
